The Ninth movie release of the first in Japan July 10, 1993, entitled "Ginga Giri-Giri! NoSugoi Yatsu Butchigiri" or "Milky Way at the Brink!! The Super Incredible Guy '. The storyis taken between episodes 196 and 197.
Bojack is the main enemy in this film. He is a criminal who had been sealed by the fourthking of the emperor. However, because the emperor king (King Kai) North was killed along with Goku Cell that when you move the body blew himself up, seal that sealed it off.Bojack, so get out and wanted to continue her mission to dominate the world and of course revenge. His first target is to win the world martial arts tournament held on the island Remote. The tournament which was held by Mr. Satan for her daughter's birthdayis to invite all fighters in the world to participate. The Z warriors, but Goku (dead emperorwith the king) and Vegeta took part in this tournament. Bojack and ganknya the screw,making this tournament a bloody tournament.
