In this film, from Frieza's brother Cooler actually do not care if his sister had died, but angry because one family had been killed by a Saiyans who is none other than Goku. A baby of the Saiya that he release 25 years ago when Frieza destroyed the planet Vegeta.
Cooler and Armored Squadronnya then came to planet Earth to kill Goku who had ruined his family's honor.
